SEC. 89.298. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 97.
The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 97 of the County of San Diego:
Block E of Rancho Santa Fe, together with adjacent portions of La Flecha, Paseo Delicias, and La Granada, according to Map thereof No. 1742 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, State of California.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 97 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 97. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 97, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of La Flecha, within Underground Utility District No. 97 is used by the general public and carries a heavy volume of vehicular traffic.

SEC. 89.299. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 98.
The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 98 of the County of San Diego:
Those portions of Plaza Bonita Road and Lynwood Drive in the County of San Diego, State of California, as shown on Road Surveys 2245 and 885, respectively, copies of which are on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County, described as follows:
1) Beginning at a point on the westerly right-of-way line of said Plaza Bonita Road, being the northerly terminus of a 453-foot radius curve, concave southwesterly, said curve being at the intersection of Plaza Bonita Road and Bonita Mesa Road located within Pleasant View Terrace and shown on Map thereof No. 2460, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County;
2) Thence southeasterly and southerly along said curve 284.84 feet;
3) Thence, tangent to said curve, S.16 55'11"E. 204.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent 547-foot radius curve, concave northeasterly;
4) Thence southeasterly and easterly along said curve, 525 feet, more or less, to a tangent in said right-of-way line of Road Survey 2245;
5) Thence tangent to said curve, S70 33'17"E. 1716.02 feet to the beginning of a tangent 303-foot radius curve, concave westerly;
6) Thence southerly along said curve 263.58 feet;
7) Thence southerly 180 feet, more or less, to the intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of Bonita Road, according to Road Survey No. 1299 on file in the Office of said County Engineer, with a 625-foot curve, concave easterly, in the westerly right-of-way line of said Lynwood Drive;
8) Thence southerly along said right-of-way lines of Lynwood Drive 250 feet;
9) Thence easterly at right angles to the centerline of said Lynwood Drive 55 feet to the easterly right-of-way line thereof;
10) Thence northerly along said easterly right-of-way line to the southerly right-of-way line of said Bonita Road;
11) Thence northerly to the intersection of the northerly right-of-way line of said Bonita Road with the easterly right-of-way line of said Plaza Bonita Road;
12) Thence N.11 11'02"W., along said easterly right-of-way line, 20 feet more or less to the beginning of a 397-foot radius curve, concave westerly;
13) Thence northerly and northeasterly along said curve 411.38 feet;
14) Thence N.70 33'17"W. 1398.39 feet to the beginning of a tangent 450-foot radius curve, concave northeasterly;
15) Thence northerly along said curve 424.06 feet;
16) Thence N.16 55'11"W. 207.98 feet to the beginning of a tangent 547-foot radius curve, concave southwesterly;
17) Thence northerly and northwesterly along said curve 300 feet, more or less, to the northerly terminus thereof;
18) Thence southeasterly to the Point of Beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 98 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.

SEC. 89.300. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 99.
The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 99 of the County of San Diego:
Those portions of Lots 1 through 14 of Hartzel's Addition and Blocks 3, 4, 12 and 13 of Lakeside and Lot 58 of El Cajon Valley Company's Lands, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Maps thereof No. 1232, 353, and 289, respectively, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, together with portions of Channel Road (formerly Benedict Avenue), Parkside Street (formerly Park Street), and River Street as shown on said Maps described as follows:
1) Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 1 of said Map 1232, being a point on the easterly right-of-way line of said Channel Road (formerly Benedict Avenue) and the northerly right-of-way line of said Parkside Street (formerly Park Street);
2) Thence northerly along said easterly right-of-way line of Channel Road a distance of 20 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
3) Thence easterly, parallel with said northerly right-of-way line of Parkside Street a distance of 1060.7 feet to the easterly line of Lot 8 in Block 13 of said Map 353;
4) Thence southerly along said easterly line and the southerly prolongation thereof 80 feet, more or less, to the southerly right-of-way line of said Parkside Street, being also a point on the northerly boundary of Block 12 of said Map 353;
5) Thence westerly along said northerly boundary of Block 12 a distance of 200 feet to the northwest corner thereof;
6) Thence southerly along the westerly boundary of said Block 12 a distance of 100 feet;
7) Thence westerly at right angles to said westerly boundary a distance of 60 feet to the easterly boundary of Block 4 of said Map 353;
8) Thence northerly along said easterly boundary a distance of 80 feet;
9) Thence westerly parallel with the northerly right-of-way line of said Parkside Street a distance of 850.5 feet, more or less, to the easterly right-of-way line of said Channel Road;
10) Thence continuing westerly along the westerly prolongation of the last course a distance of 30 feet, more or less, to the centerline of said Channel Road;
11) Thence northerly along said centerline a distance of 100';
12) Thence easterly to the True Point of Beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 99 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 99. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 99, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Parkside Street within Underground Utility District No. 99 is used by the general public and is part of a community revitalization area.

The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 100 of the County of San Diego:
Those portions of Block 35, 36 and 38 of Map 806 in the County of San Diego, State of California filed December 26, 1895 in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County and also shown on Record of Survey 7874 recorded May 2, 1974 in the Office of said County Recorder, being a strip of land 133 feet wide, the Northwesterly sideline of said strip being the Northwesterly sideline of Sycamore Drive (66 feet wide) as shown on said Record of Survey 7874, beginning on the Northeasterly sideline of Olive Street (66 feet wide) as shown on said Record of Survey 7874 along said Northwesterly sideline of Sycamore Drive and its projection to the Northeasterly sideline of Mulberry Lane (66 feet wide) as shown on said Record of Survey 7874.
The Southeasterly sideline of said strip shall be lengthened or shortened to begin on the Northeasterly sideline of said Olive Street and to terminate on the Northeasterly sideline of said Mulberry Lane.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 100 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No.100. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No.100, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Sycamore Drive, from Olive Street to Mulberry Lane, within Underground Utility District No. 100, passes through a recreation area.
