The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 90 of the County of San Diego:
That portion of Section 17, T.12S., R.3W., S.B.M., in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to U. S. Government Survey, described as follows:
1) Beginning at the easterly corner of Lot 1 of Rancho Corona Estates, Unit No. 1, according to Map thereof No. 4603, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
2) Thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 1 to the North corner thereof;
3) Thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line of Lots 2 through 17 of said Map 4603 to the North corner of said Lot 17;
4) Thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 17, a distance of 50 feet;
5) Thence northeasterly at right angles to said northeasterly line to the southwesterly boundary of Lot 114 of said Map 4603;
6) Thence southeasterly, easterly, and northeasterly along the boundary of said Lot 114 and the southerly line of Lot 115 of said Map 4603 to the East corner thereof;
7) Thence northwesterly along the northwesterly line of said Lot 115 to the North corner thereof, being also the South corner of Lot 116 of said Map 4603;
8) Thence northeasterly along the northwesterly of Lots 116 through 120 of said Map 4603 to the North corner of said Lot 120;
9) Thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 120 and its southeasterly prolongation thereof to a point on the southeasterly right-of-way line of Rancho Santa Fe Road, being also a point on the northwesterly line of Lot 59 of Lake San Marcos Highlands Unit No. 1, according to Map thereof No. 5761 on file in the Office of said County Recorder;
10) Thence southwesterly along said southeasterly right-of-way line to a point of intersection with the southeasterly prolongation of the southwesterly right-of-way line of Broken Rock Road as shown on said Map 4603;
11) Thence northwesterly along said southeasterly prolongation 101 feet to the northwesterly right-of-way line of said Rancho Santa Fe Road;
12) Thence northeasterly along said northwesterly right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 90 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 90. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 90, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Rancho Santa Fe Road, from Broken Rock Road north to the San Marcos City Limits, within Underground Utility District No. 90 is used by the general public and carries a heavy volume of vehicular traffic.
