SEC. 89.289. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 88.
   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 88 of the County of San Diego:
   Those portions of the Block 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 19, 20, 24, 25, 28, and 29 of Lakeside together with adjacent streets, in the County of San Diego, State of California, as shown on Map thereof No. 353, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
   1)   Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 8 in said Block 19;
   2)   Thence westerly 60 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 9 in said Block 12;
   3)   Thence southerly to the northeast corner of Lot 14 in said Block 11;
   4)   Thence westerly along the northerly line of said Lot 14 and of Lot 2 in said Block 5, a distance of 235 feet, more or less, to the westerly right-of-way line of Los Coches Road, according to Road Survey No. 713, on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County;
   5)   Thence S.44oW. 91.37 feet to the easterly line of Los Coches Creek Flood Control Channel;
   6)   Thence generally southeasterly and southerly along said easterly line to the southwest corner of Lot 8 in said Block 10;
   7)   Thence easterly to the northeast corner of Lot 2 in said Block 21;
   8)   Thence southerly along the easterly line of said Lot 2 a distance of 15 feet;
   9)   Thence easterly parallel with the northerly line of Lot 3 in said Block 21 50 feet;
   10)   Thence northerly along the easterly line of said Lot 3 to the southwesterly right-of-way line of Los Coches Road;
   11)   Thence southeasterly, southerly, and westerly along said right-of-way line of Los Coches Road and Julian Avenue to the westerly line of Lot 3 in said Block 21;
   12)   Thence southerly 60 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 6 in Block 22 of said Map 353;
   13)   Thence easterly to the northwest corner of Lot 7 in said Block 24;
   14)   Thence southerly along the westerly line of said Lots 7 and 2 a distance of 180 feet;
   15)   Thence easterly parallel with the northerly line of said Block 24 to the westerly right-of-way line of Los Coches Road according Road Survey 713-1, on file in the Office of said County Engineer;
   16)   Thence northerly along said westerly right-of-way line 80 feet;
   17)   Thence easterly parallel with the northerly line of said Blocks 24 and 29 to the easterly line of Lot 19 in said Block 29;
   18)   Thence northerly to the northeast corner of said Lot 19;
   19)   Thence westerly to the northwest corner of said Lot 19;
   20)   Thence northerly to the northeast corner of Lot 1 in said Block 28;
   21)   Thence westerly along the northerly line of said Lot 1 to the easterly right-of-way line of Vine Street;
   22)   Thence northwesterly along said easterly right-of-way line to the center line of Chestnut Street as shown on said Map 353;
   23)   Thence northerly along said centerline to the easterly extension of the southerly boundary of Block 26 of said Map 353;
   24)   Thence westerly along said southerly boundary and its westerly extension to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of Vine Street, being also on the easterly right-of-way line of Maine Avenue;
   25)   Thence northerly along said easterly right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning.
   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 88 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
   It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 88. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 88, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Los Coches Road, from Woodside Avenue to Julian Avenue, within Underground Utility District No. 88 is used by the general public and carries a heavy volume of vehicular traffic.

SEC. 89.290. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 89.
   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 89 of the County of San Diego:
   Those portions of Lakeside Farms, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1204, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
   1)   Beginning at the northerly corner of Lot 117 of said map;
   2)   Thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 117 a distance of 5 feet more or less to the southeasterly right-of-way line of Riverside Drive as shown on Road Survey No. 1213-65, on file in the office of the County Engineer of said County, being the True Point of Beginning;
   3)   Thence generally southwesterly along said right-of-way line to the northerly corner of Lot 126 of said Map;
   4)   Thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of said Lot 126 a distance of 75.63 feet;
   5)   Thence southeasterly at right angles to said northwesterly line a distance of 50 feet;
   6)   Thence southwesterly at right angles to said southeasterly line a distance of 50 feet;
   7)   Thence northwesterly at right angles to said southwesterly line a distance of 100 feet to the southeasterly boundary of Parcel 1 according to Parcel Map thereof No. 14259, filed in the office of said Recorder, being also the northwesterly right-of-way line of said Riverside Drive;
   8)   Thence generally northeasterly along said northwesterly right-of-way line to the easterly corner of Lot 104 of said Map No. 1204;
   9)   Thence northeasterly to the southeasterly corner of Lot 10 of said Map, being the northerly right-of-way line of Lakeside Avenue as shown on Road Survey No. 287, on file in the office of said County Engineer;
   10)   Thence generally southeasterly along said right-of-way line a distance of 475.99 feet;
   11)   Thence southeasterly to the northeast corner of Lot 107 of said Map 1204;
   12)   Thence southerly at right angles to said southeasterly line a distance of 50 feet;
   13)   Thence northwesterly and southwesterly parallel to the southerly right-of-way line of Lakeside Avenue to the westerly line of Lot 109 of said Map;
   14)   Thence northwesterly along said westerly line a distance of 33 feet to the southeasterly right-of-way line of Riverside Drive;
   15)   Thence generally southwesterly along said right-of-way line to the True Point of Beginning.
   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 89 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
   It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 89. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 89, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Riverside Drive, from Riverford Road to Channel Road, within Underground Utility District No. 89 is used by the general public and carries a heavy volume of vehicular traffic.

SEC. 89.291. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 90.
   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 90 of the County of San Diego:
   That portion of Section 17, T.12S., R.3W., S.B.M., in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to U. S. Government Survey, described as follows:
   1)   Beginning at the easterly corner of Lot 1 of Rancho Corona Estates, Unit No. 1, according to Map thereof No. 4603, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
   2)   Thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 1 to the North corner thereof;
   3)   Thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line of Lots 2 through 17 of said Map 4603 to the North corner of said Lot 17;
   4)   Thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 17, a distance of 50 feet;
   5)   Thence northeasterly at right angles to said northeasterly line to the southwesterly boundary of Lot 114 of said Map 4603;
   6)   Thence southeasterly, easterly, and northeasterly along the boundary of said Lot 114 and the southerly line of Lot 115 of said Map 4603 to the East corner thereof;
   7)   Thence northwesterly along the northwesterly line of said Lot 115 to the North corner thereof, being also the South corner of Lot 116 of said Map 4603;
   8)   Thence northeasterly along the northwesterly of Lots 116 through 120 of said Map 4603 to the North corner of said Lot 120;
   9)   Thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 120 and its southeasterly prolongation thereof to a point on the southeasterly right-of-way line of Rancho Santa Fe Road, being also a point on the northwesterly line of Lot 59 of Lake San Marcos Highlands Unit No. 1, according to Map thereof No. 5761 on file in the Office of said County Recorder;
   10)   Thence southwesterly along said southeasterly right-of-way line to a point of intersection with the southeasterly prolongation of the southwesterly right-of-way line of Broken Rock Road as shown on said Map 4603;
   11)   Thence northwesterly along said southeasterly prolongation 101 feet to the northwesterly right-of-way line of said Rancho Santa Fe Road;
   12)   Thence northeasterly along said northwesterly right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning.
   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 90 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
   It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 90. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 90, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Rancho Santa Fe Road, from Broken Rock Road north to the San Marcos City Limits, within Underground Utility District No. 90 is used by the general public and carries a heavy volume of vehicular traffic.

SEC. 89.292. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 91.
   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 91 of the County of San Diego:
   Those portions of Section 35, T.12S., R.1W., S.B.M., in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
   1)   Beginning at the East Quarter Corner of said Section 35;
   2)   Thence southerly along the easterly line of said Section 35 a distance of 550 feet;
   3)   Thence westerly at right angles to said easterly line 500 feet;
   4)   Thence northerly parallel with said easterly line 150 feet;
   5)   Thence westerly at right angles to the last mentioned course a distance of 800 feet to the easterly line of the east half of the southeast quarter of said Section 35;
   6)   Thence northerly along said easterly line 450 feet;
   7)   Thence easterly at right angles to the last mentioned course 1,300 feet;
   8)   Thence southerly to the Point of Beginning.
   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 91 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
   It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 91. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 91, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of the San Pasqual Academy property within Underground Utility District No. 91 is a public facility.

SEC. 89.293. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 92.
   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 92 of the County of San Diego:
   Those portions of Sections 12, 13 and 24, T.11S., R.2W. and Sections 7, 18 and 19, T.11S., R.1W. S.B.B.M., in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to U.S. Government Survey, described as follows:
   1)   Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 12, according to Map thereof No. 9282, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, being the True Point of Beginning;
   2)   Thence northerly along the westerly line of said Lot to the northwest corner thereof;
   3)   Thence easterly along the northerly line of said Lot, to a point that is distant 75 feet from, measured at right angles to, the easterly right-of-way line of Valley Center Road as shown on Road Survey No. 1838-2, on file in the office of the County Engineer of said County;
   4)   Thence generally northerly, parallel with said right-of-way line, to the south line of Lot 6 Block D, according to Map thereof No. 2378, filed in the office of said Recorder;
   5)   Thence westerly along said line a distance of 25 feet, to a point that is distant 50 feet from said right-of-way line;
   6)   Thence generally northerly, northeasterly, and easterly, parallel with the centerline of said Road Survey, being also parallel with the centerline of Route 19, Division 1, of the California Highway Commission, to a point that bears N.1°29'31"W. from the northeast corner of Parcel Map 6217, on file in the office of said County Recorder;
   7)   Thence S.1°29'31"E. a distance of 25 feet;
   8)   Thence easterly, parallel with said centerline, 729.33 feet;
   9)   Thence S.0°15'34"E. 137 feet, more or less, to a point on the westerly prolongation of the northerly line of Parcel 5 of State Board of Equalization Map 279-37-45 on file with the State of California;
   10)   Thence easterly along said prolongation 56 to the easterly right-of-way line of said Cole Grade Road;
   11)   Thence northerly along said easterly line 175.57 feet to the beginning of a tangent 20-foot radius curve concave southeasterly;
   12)   Thence northerly, northeasterly, and easterly along said curve 30.39 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of Valley Center Road;
   13)   Thence easterly along said right-of-way line 545.29 feet to the westerly line of Parcel 1, according to Parcel Map thereof No. 7078, filed in the office of said Recorder;
   14)   Thence northerly along said westerly line of Parcel 1 and its northerly prolongation to a point on a line that is distant 80 northerly from, measured at right angles to, said centerline of Valley Center Road;
   15)   Thence westerly, parallel to said right-of-way line, to a point on a line that is parallel with and distant 80 feet easterly from, measured at right angles, to the centerline of Cole Grade Road;
   16)   Thence N.2°34'E. along said parallel line 406.15 feet;
   17)   Thence S.88°10'30"W. to the westerly right-of-way line of said Cole Grade Road;
   18)   Thence southerly along said right-of-way line 406.15 feet to a point on a line that is parallel with and distant 80 feet north of, measured at right angles to, said centerline of Valley Center Road;
   19)   Thence generally westerly, southwesterly, and southerly parallel with said centerline to the prolongation of the southerly line of Lot 12 of said Map 9282;
   20)   Thence easterly along said prolongation to the True Point of Beginning.
   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 92 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
   It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 92. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 92, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Valley Center Road, from Banbury Drive to Cole Grade Road, within Underground Utility District No. 92 is used by the general public and carries a heavy volume of vehicular traffic and has a heavy concentration of overhead lines.
