The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 93 of the County of San Diego:
The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 93 of the County of San Diego:
Those portions of Block 123 and Fallbrook Street, in West Fallbrook, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 567 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
1) Beginning at the southeast corner of Block 107 of said Map 567, being also a point on the northerly right-of-way line of said Fallbrook Street;
2) Thence westerly along said northerly right-of-way line 966.67 feet to a point on the easterly line of the west 10 feet of Summit Avenue, as shown on said Map 567;
3) Thence northerly at right angles to said right-of-way line a distance of 30 feet;
4) Thence westerly parallel with said right-of-way line 290.41 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of Alturas Road.
5) Thence southerly along said easterly right-of-way line of Alturas Road 60 feet;
6) Thence easterly S.89° 37'45" E. a distance of 1257.28 feet;
7) Thence northerly 60 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 93 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 93. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 93, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Fallbrook Street, Phase I, from Alturas Road to Mission Road, within Underground Utility District No. 93 is used by the general public and carries a heavy volume of vehicular traffic and passes through a public recreation, civic, or scenic area.
