The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 22 of the County of San Diego:
All that unincorporated territory in the County of San Diego, State of California, lying within the following described boundary:
1. Beginning at that certain corner in the boundary of the City of Carlsbad as described in the East Carlsbad Annexation No. 2.9 adopted by said City's Ordinance No. 1115 on July 15, 1969, said corner being formed by the intersection of that course having a bearing and distance of North 23o23'52" East, 300.00 feet more or less and the Southwesterly line of County Road Survey No. 682;
2. thence following said city boundary along said Southwesterly line South 66o36'08" East 2330 feet more or less to an intersection with the Southwesterly prolongation of that certain course in the boundary of land conveyed to Thomas E. Burke, et al, by deed recorded August 4, 1965, as document No. 139037 of Official Records, having a bearing and distance of South 29o17'22" West 1213.60 feet;
3. thence leaving said city boundary along said prolongation South 29o17'22" West to a line lying 150.00 feet Southwesterly of and parallel to the Southwesterly line of County Road Survey No. 1800-1;
4. thence Northwesterly along said parallel line to said course in said city boundary having a bearing and distance of North 23o23'52" East, 300.00 feet more or less;
5. thence along said city boundary North 23o32'52" East to the point of beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 22 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(A) and (B) of this division.

Beginning at the Southerly corner of Lot 12, Block D of Rancho Santa Fe according to Map thereof No. 1742 filed in the office of the Recorder of said County, being also a point in the Northwesterly line of Paseo Delicias, Road Survey No. 476 filed in the office of the Engineer of said County; thence Northeasterly, Northerly and Northwesterly along the Southeasterly, Easterly, and Northeasterly line of said Lot 12 to a line lying 100.00 feet Northwesterly of and parallel to the center line of said Paseo Delicias; thence Northeasterly along said parallel line to the Southwesterly line of Record of Survey Map No. 4909 filed in said Recorder's office; thence Northwesterly along said Southwesterly line to a line lying 150.00 feet, Northwesterly of and parallel to said center line of Paseo Delicias; thence Northeasterly along said parallel line to the Southerly line of Record of Survey Map No. 2485 filed in said Recorder's office; thence Southeasterly along a line perpendicular to said center line of Paseo Delicias to a line lying 200.00 feet Southeasterly of and parallel to said center line; thence Southwesterly along said parallel line to the Northeasterly line of that County road known as Las Colinas, thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly line to a line lying 100.00 feet Southeasterly of and parallel to said center line of Paseo Delicias; thence Southwesterly along said parallel line to the Westerly line of that County road known as Via de la Valle; thence Southerly along said center line to said line lying 200.00 feet Southeasterly of and parallel to the center line of Paseo Delicias; thence Southwesterly along said parallel line to the Easterly line of that County road known as La Flecha; thence Northerly along said Easterly line to a line lying 100.00 feet Southeasterly of and parallel to said center line of Paseo Delicias; thence Southwesterly along said parallel line to the Easterly line of Lot 12, Block E of said Map No. 1742; thence Northerly, Northwesterly, Westerly, and Southwesterly along the Easterly, Northeasterly, Northerly, and Northwesterly line of said Lot 12 to the Westerly corner thereof; thence generally Northwesterly in a direct line to the point of beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 23 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(A) and (B) of this division.
