7. thence South 0o01'00" east to a point which is 51 feet North of the centerline of said Twin Peaks Road, said point also being on the Northerly boundary of said Twin Peaks Road;
8. thence along the Northerly boundary of said Twin Peaks Road and along the Easterly prolongation of said Northerly boundary of Twin Peaks Road to its intersection with the centerline of the County road known as Espola Road, as shown in Road Survey No. 1673-2 on file with San Diego County;
9. thence Southerly along said centerline of Espola Road for 91 feet;
10. thence North 88o34'00" West along the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly boundary of Twin Peaks Road to the Southerly boundary of Twin Peaks Road;
11. thence along the Southerly boundary of said Twin Peaks Road for 165.97 feet;
12. thence South 0o31'00" East for 79 feet;
13. thence Westerly in a line which is parallel to and 130 feet South of the centerline of said Twin Peaks Road, to its intersection with Easterly boundary of the property as described in deed to the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of the Southern California and Southern Nevada Region as filed with the office of County Recorder of said San Diego County, Document No. 78-026742;
14. thence Southerly along said Easterly boundary as described in course 13 above;
15. thence Westerly in a line parallel to and 332.66 feet South of the centerline of said Twin Peaks Road and along the Westerly prolongation of said parallel line which is 332.66 feet South of the centerline of Twin Peaks Road to its intersection with the Westerly boundary of said County Road, known as Midland Road;
16. thence Northerly along said Westerly boundary of Midland Road to its intersection with the centerline of the County Road, known as Blossom Lane;
17. thence Easterly along the Easterly prolongation of said centerline of Blossom Lane to the Point of Beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 42 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(A) and (B) of this division.
