Those portions of Rancho Monserate in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
1. Beginning at station 2299 + 65.06 as shown on California State Highway Construction plans for Interstate 15 and State Highway 76, said plans approved on September 24, 1975, by E.B. Thomas, California State Headquarters Reviewer of District Interchanges, proceed in a Westerly direction along a line perpendicular to the centerline of Frontage Road shown on said construction plans for a distance of 20 feet to the true point of beginning;
2. thence in a southerly direction, along a line passing through all points 20 feet West of said Frontage Road centerline to a point of intersection with a line which is parallel to the centerline of State Highway 76 and 28 feet Southeast of said centerline;
3. thence in a Northeasterly direction along said parallel line to a point described as State Highway 76 centerline station 947 + 25.98, 28 feet right;
4. thence in a Northerly direction along a line which passes through all points 20 feet East of line B-1 shown as the on-ramp to I-15 in said State Highway Construction plans to a point of intersection with a line that is parallel with and 66 East of the right lane on said plans;
5. thence continuing N 01o17'20" East along said parallel line to a point described as station 2299 + 65.06, 66 feet right on said construction plans;
6. thence continuing North 01o17'20" East 700.00 feet;
7. thence North 88o42'40" West to the Westerly boundary of the existing right-of-way of Interstate Highway 15 Frontage Road;

The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 41 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107 (A) and (B) of this division.

1. Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of the County road known as Midland Road with the Easterly prolongation of the centerline of the County road known as Blossom Lane;

1. Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of County Road J-37, known as Sunrise Highway and County Road J-31B as shown on HPPS map 5Z1;
2. Thence in a Southeasterly direction along a line which is perpendicular to the center of County Road J-37 for 66 feet to true point of beginning;
3. Thence Northerly in a line parallel with and 66 feet Easterly of the centerline of said Sunrise Highway for 200 feet;
