SEC. 89.234. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 33.
   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 33 of the County of San Diego:
   All those portions of the Subdivision of Tract H Jamacha Ranch and of the State Highway 11-SD-282B, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Maps thereof No. 812 and 11-SD-282B, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County and in the Department of Transportation, State of California, respectively described as follows:
      1.   Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly right-of-way line of Road Survey 756 with the Westerly right-of-way line of Road Survey 609-63, copies of said Road Surveys being on file in the Office of the County Engineer to the County of San Diego;
      2.   thence Easterly parallel with the centerline of said Road Survey 756 a distance of 60 feet;
      3.   thence Southerly parallel with the centerline of said Road Survey 609-63 a distance of 860 feet more or less to the beginning of a tangent 20-foot radius curve concave northeasterly in the boundary of Lot 1 of E.G.S. - Metro, according to Map thereof No. 7556 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County;
      4.   thence Southerly; Southeasterly and Easterly along the boundary of said Lot 1 to a point which is distant 80 feet Easterly from the centerline of Road Survey 609-63;
      5.   thence Southerly parallel with said centerline 60 feet to a point on the Northerly line of Lot 18 of Spring Valley Estates, Unit No. 1, according to Map thereof No. 3947 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County;
      6.   thence Easterly along said Northerly line to the Northeast corner thereof;
      7.   thence S. 17o37'10" E. 745.47 feet along the Easterly line of Lots 18 through 7, inclusive of said map 3947 to an angle point therein;
      8.   thence S. 19o10' E. 377.89 feet along the Easterly lines of Lots 6 through 1, inclusive of said Map 3947;
      9.   thence continuing along the prolongation of the last mentioned course to the southerly line of Lot 28 of Block 8 of Subdivision of Tract H Jamacha Ranch, Map thereof No. 812 on file in the Office of said County Recorder;
      10.   thence Westerly along said Southerly line to a point on the Easterly line of Sweetwater Road, Easement of Record filed in Book 7430, Page 293 of Official Records in the Office of said County Recorder, said point being distant 45 feet Easterly from said centerline of Road Survey 609-63;
      11.   thence Southerly, Southeasterly, and Easterly along the Easterly and Northerly boundary of said Easement to a point in the Northerly right-of-way line of Jamacha Boulevard which is distant 100 feet Easterly from the centerline of said Road Survey 609-63;
      12.   thence Southerly parallel with said centerline to a point on the Westerly line of Lot 30 of Block 8 of said Map 812;
      13.   thence Northerly along said Westerly line to a point on the Easterly line of said Road Survey 609-63;
      14.   thence Westerly to the Northeast corner of Lot 393 of Spring Valley Ranchos Unit No. 2, according to Map thereof No. 4524, filed in the Office of said County Recorder;
      15.   thence Northerly along the Easterly boundary of said Map 4524 and along the Easterly boundaries of Maps 4525 and 4245, both of which are on file in the Office of said County Recorder to the most Northerly corner of said Map 4245, being also a point on the Westerly right-of-way of State Highway 11-SD-282B, a map of which is on file with the Department of Transportation of the State of California;
      16.   thence along said State right-of-way N. 55o55' W. 179.50 feet to the beginning of a tangent 530 foot radius curve concave Easterly;
      17.   thence continuing along said State right-of-way along said curve to a point which is distant 100' Southerly from the centerline of said Road Survey 756;
      18.   thence Easterly parallel with said centerline to a point on the Westerly right-of-way line of said Road Survey 609-63;
      19.   thence Northerly parallel with the centerline of said Road Survey 609-63 to the Point of Beginning.
   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 33 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(A) and (B) of this division.

SEC. 89.235. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 34.
   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 34 of the County of San Diego:
   Those portions of Lots 9, 10, and 11 of Rancho Mission and of Jamacha Road and Sweetwater Road, according to Maps thereof Nos. 1278, 4097, 4158, 4198, 4144, and 4772, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, together with those portions of Road Surveys 756, 756-2, and 609-63, maps of which are on file in the Office of the County Engineer of the County of San Diego, described as follows:
      1.   beginning at the intersection of the Westerly right-of-way line of said Road Survey 609-63 with the Southerly right-of-way line of said Road Survey 756;
      2.   thence Southerly along said Westerly line of Road Survey 609-63 to a point which is distant 100 feet Southerly from the centerline of said Road Survey 756;
      3.   thence Westerly parallel with said centerline to a point on the Easterly line of Lot 509 of Spring Valley Estates Unit No. 3, according to said Map thereof No. 4158;
      4.   thence Northerly along said Easterly line to a point which is distant 80 feet Southerly from the centerline of said Road Survey 756;
      5.   thence Westerly parallel with said center line to a point on the Easterly boundary of Lot 243 of said Map 4158;
      6.   thence Northerly along said Easterly boundary to the Northeast corner thereof;
      7.   thence westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot 243, being a 530-foot radius curve concave Northerly and concentric with the centerline of said Road Survey 756-2;
      8.   thence continuing Westerly along said 530-foot radius curve to the Northeast corner of Lot 451 of Spring Valley Homes Unit No. 4, according to said Map thereof No. 4772;
      9.   thence Westerly along the Northerly boundaries of Lots 451 through 442, inclusive, of said Map 4772 to the beginning of a 25-foot radius curve in the Northeasterly boundary of said Lot 442, said point being also on the Northerly boundary of said Map 4772;
      10.   thence continuing Westerly along the Northerly boundary of said Map 4772 to the Northwest corner of said map, being also a point on the Easterly line of Lot 1 in Block C of Narragansett Heights, according to Map thereof No. 1041 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego;
      11.   thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 20.34 feet to the Northeast corner thereof;
      12.   thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot 1 to a point which is distant 15 feet Westerly from the Westerly boundary of Spring Valley Homes Unit No. 2, according to said Map thereof No. 4144;
      13.   thence Northerly parallel with said Westerly boundary of Map 4144 to a point on the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of Lot 160 of said Map 4144;
      14.   thence Easterly along said Westerly prolongation and along the Southerly boundaries of Lots 160 through 147, inclusive, to the Southeasterly corner of Lot 147, being also the most Westerly corner of Lot 384 of Spring Valley Homes Unit No. 3, according to said Map thereof No. 4198;
      15.   thence parallel with the Southwesterly line of said Map 4198 S.38o36'30" E. to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 385 of said Map 4198;
      16.   thence Easterly along the Southerly boundary of said Map 4198 to the Southeasterly corner thereof, being an angle point in the Westerly boundary of Spring Valley Homes Unit No. 1, according to said Map thereof No. 4097;
      17.   thence Southerly along said Westerly boundary to a point in the Northerly right-of-way line of Jamacha Road as dedicated on said Map 4097;
      18.   thence Easterly along said Northerly right-of-way line, being an 1150-foot radius curve concave Northeasterly, to the beginning of a tangent 260-foot radius curve concave Northwesterly in the Southerly boundary of said Map 4097;
      19.   thence Northeasterly along said 260-foot radius curve to the Southeasterly corner of Lot 21 of Map 4097;
      20.   thence Easterly to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of said Road Survey 609-63, said point being 25 feet Northerly from the intersection of said right-of-way line with the Northerly right-of-way line of said Road Survey 756;
      21.   thence Southerly along said Easterly right-of-way line to the Southerly right-of-way line of said Road Survey 756;
      22.   thence Westerly along Southerly right-of-way line to the point of beginning.

   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 35 of the County of San Diego:
   Those portions of the South half of Section 15 and of the North half of Section 22, T. 13 S., R. 4 W., S. B. M., in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
      1.   Beginning at the North Quarter Corner of said Section 22;
      2.   thence N. 89o18'30" E. along the North line of said section as shown on Record of Survey Map No. 2058, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, a distance of 537.00 feet;
      3.   thence S.0o01'W. 364 feet to the center of a 60-foot road easement shown on said Record of Survey, being also a point on the centerline of Faith Avenue in Brown Wanket Subdivision Unit No. 1, according to Map thereof No. 3575 on file in the Office of said County Recorder;
      4.   thence Westerly along said centerline of Faith Avenue 20 feet more or less to an angle point in the Easterly boundary of State Highway XI-SD-5, a plat of which is on file in the Office of the Department of Transportation of the State of California;
      5.   thence Northerly along said Easterly highway boundary N. 10o10'18"W. 274.61 feet to an angle point therein;
      6.   thence Northeasterly continuing along said highway boundary N.75o07'52"E. 146.39 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
      7.   thence retracing along the last mentioned course S.75o07'52"W. to an intersection with the second course mentioned above;
      8.   thence S.0o01'W. to a point in the Northerly boundary of said Map 3575;
      9.   thence Southerly and Westerly along said Northerly boundary to an intersection with the fourth course mentioned above;
      10.   thence N.10o10'18"E. along said before mentioned course to its Northerly terminus;
      11.   thence Westerly parallel with the Northerly line of said Section 22 to a point on the Westerly boundary of said State Highway XI-SD-5, being also a point on the Easterly boundary of Parcel Map No. 1645, on file in the Office of said County Recorder;
      12.   thence N.55o30'55"W. along said Westerly highway boundary to an angle point therein;
      13.   thence N.79o23'26"W. along said highway boundary 167.99 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of Santa Fe Drive which is distant 51 feet Southerly from the centerline of Road Survey 1120-2, a plat of which is on file in the Office of the County Engineer of the County of San Diego;
      14.   thence Westerly parallel with said centerline to a point on the Easterly line of Lot 1 of Ridgeway Heights, according to Map thereof No. 2163 filed in the Office of said County Recorder;
      15.   thence Southerly along said Easterly line to a point which is distant 100 feet Southerly from said centerline;
      16.   thence Westerly parallel with said centerline to a point on the Westerly line of the Easterly 200 feet of said Lot 1;
