   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 53 of the County of San Diego:

   2)   Thence northerly along the easterly boundary thereof, being also the westerly right-of-way line of Lakeshore Drive, to the Northeast corner thereof;

   3)   Thence westerly along the northerly line of said Tract 83, to the easterly line of said Section 24;

   4)   Thence northerly along said easterly line to the Northeast corner thereof;

   5)   Thence westerly along the northerly boundary of said Section, a distance of 1,150 feet;

   6)   Thence S 0o00'E, to an intersection with the northerly boundary of said Tract 83;

   7)   Thence southeasterly to the intersection of the southerly boundary of said Tract 83 with the easterly boundary of said Section 24;

   8)   Thence easterly along said southerly boundary to the Point of Beginning.

   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 60 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(a) and (b) of this division.
