The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 103 of the County of San Diego:
All those portions of Lot 6, Block 26 and those portions of Lot 17, Block 18, both of RANCHO SANTA FE in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1742 together with that portion of Linea Del Cielo and El Tordo (roads) lying Southeasterly of and adjoining said Lot 6, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 141 of the RANCHO SANTA FE RESUBDIVISION of Blocks 25 and 26 as shown on Map thereof No. 2129 on file in said County Recorder's Office, also being the Northerly sideline of Linea Del Cielo as shown on said Map;
1) Thence along the Southerly prolongation of the Westerly line of said Lot 141, South 4°18'27" East, 52.15 feet to the Southerly line of Linea Del Cielo, as shown on Parcel Map No. 7781, on file in said County Recorder's Office, said point being a point on the arc of a 430 foot radius curve, concave Northerly, a radial to said curve, at said point bears South 4°18'27" East;
2) Thence Easterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 13º29'33", a distance of 101.26 feet;
3) Thence tangent to said curve North 72°12'00" East, 752.06 feet to the beginning of a tangent 250.00 foot radius curve, concave Northwesterly;
4) Thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 53°21'06", a distance of 232.79 feet, to the beginning of a tangent reverse 170.00 foot radius curve, concave Southeasterly;
5) Thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 28°14'06", a distance of 83.77 feet;
6) Thence North 47°05'00" East along said Southerly line of El Tordo, 449.49 feet to the Southeasterly prolongation of the Northeasterly line of Lot 133, as shown on RANCHO SANTA FE, Resubdivision of a Portion of Block 18 according to Map thereof No. 2089, on file in said County Recorder's Office;
7) Thence North 42°55'00" West, along said prolongation, Northeasterly line and its Northwesterly prolongation 180.00 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line of Lot 127 of said Map No. 2089;
8) Thence along said Southeasterly line of Lot 127 and the Southeasterly line of Lot 128 of said Map 2089, South 47°05'00" West, 278.63 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 128;
9) Thence South 68º40'16" West 65.46 feet to the most Easterly corner of Lot 21 of said Map No. 2129;
10) Thence along the Southeasterly boundary of said Lot 21, South 73°33'00" West, 59.94 feet to the beginning of a tangent 126.31 foot radius curve, concave Southeasterly;
11) Thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 26º28'00", a distance of 58.35 feet;
12) Thence continuing along the arc of a compound 504.68 foot radius curve through a central angle of 15°00'20", a distance of 132.17 feet to the beginning of a 310.95 foot radius reverse curve;
13) Thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 40°07'20", a distance of 217.75 feet;
14) Thence South 19°04'12" West, 25.00 feet;
15) Thence South 17°48'00" East, 150 feet to the Northerly sideline of said Linea Del Cielo;
14) Thence along the Northerly sideline of said Linea Del Cielo, South 72°12'00" West, 405.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent 200.00 foot radius curve, concave Northerly;
15) Thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 09°12'17", a distance of 32.13 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 103 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No.103. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No.103, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Linea Del Cielo, from La Granada to 270' west of El Fuego, within Underground Utility District No. 103, carries a heavy volume of traffic, and is located within the civic area of Rancho Santa Fe.
