The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 29 of the County of San Diego:
All that unincorporated territory in the County of San Diego, State of California lying within the following described boundary:
1. Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot #1 of Wilmar's La Frontera Estates Map No. 4771 filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Diego County;
2. thence Easterly along the East prolongation of the South side of said lot to a point distant thereon 125 feet East of the centerline of Tecate Road;
3. thence Northerly along a line parallel to the East side of said Lot #1 to the intersection with the Easterly prolongation of the Southwest side of Lot #52, said Southwest side bears North 81o17'53";
4. thence along said prolongation North 81o17'53" West to the interior corner of Lot #52;
5. thence parallel to said centerline of Tecate Road North 56o25" West 143.00 feet to the Northeasterly prolongation of the Northwesterly side of Lot #4 of said Map 4771;
6. thence South 33o35' West along said prolongation and along said Southwest side to a point distant thereon 170.00 feet Southwest of the centerline to Tecate Road;
7. thence Southeasterly along a line parallel to and lying generally 170.00 feet Southwesterly from the centerline of Tecate Road to the Northerly prolongation of the West side of said Lot #1;
8. thence Southerly along said prolongation to the Northwest corner of said lot;
9. thence Easterly 80 feet along the North side of said lot;
10. thence South 5o45' East to the South side of said lot;
11. thence Easterly along said South side to the point of beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 29 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(A) and (B) of this division.

The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 30 of the County of San Diego:
All of that unincorporated territory in the County of San Diego, State of California, lying within the following described boundary:
1. Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of the Easterly parcel of Record of Survey Map No. 2713 filed in the Office of the Recorder of said County;
2. thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said parcel to an intersection with the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of the Northerly 150.00 feet of the Southerly half of Section 18, Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, the Northerly line of said Southerly half being also along a portion of the centerline of Poway Road according to Road Survey thereof 1713 filed in the Office of the County Engineer of said County, said intersection being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
3. thence South 88o41'47" East along said prolongation and along said Southerly line to the Easterly line of the Westerly 30.00 feet of the Easterly half of said Section 18;
4. thence Northerly along said Easterly line to the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly line of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 1081 filed in the Office of the Recorder of said County;
5. thence North 84o12'46" West along said prolongation and along said Northerly line to a point distant thereon 104.67 feet Westerly of the Northeasterly corner of said Parcel 4, said point also being along a 450.00 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly, a radial through said point bears North 65o10'19" West, said curve being concentric with a 600 foot radius curve in the center line of said Poway Road;
6. thence Southwesterly and Westerly 521.44 feet along said curve through an angle of 66o23'31" to the Northerly line of the Southerly 150.00 feet of the Northerly half of said Section 18, said line being tangent to said curve;
7. thence North 88o48'46" West along said Northerly line and along the prolongation thereof to the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of said Easterly parcel of Record of Survey Map No. 2713;
8. thence Southerly along said Northerly prolongation and along said Westerly line to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

2. thence along the Southerly line of said Section North 88o02'43" East 65.56 feet to the Easterly Right-of-Way line of Interstate Highway 1-15 according to Right-of-Way Maps thereof No. 18079 and 18080 filed with the State of California Department of Transportation;
3. thence along said Right-of-Way South 10o34'15" West 9.20 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
4. thence continuing South 10o34'15" West 70.52 feet;
5. thence South 17o30'00" West 84.00 feet;
6. thence South 04o51'36" East 49.74 feet;
7. thence leaving said Right-of-Way line North 72o30'00" West 782.66 feet to the Westerly Right-of-Way line of said Interstate Highway I-15;

All those portions of the Subdivision of Tract H Jamacha Ranch and of the State Highway 11-SD-282B, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Maps thereof No. 812 and 11-SD-282B, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County and in the Department of Transportation, State of California, respectively described as follows:
1. Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly right-of-way line of Road Survey 756 with the Westerly right-of-way line of Road Survey 609-63, copies of said Road Surveys being on file in the Office of the County Engineer to the County of San Diego;
2. thence Easterly parallel with the centerline of said Road Survey 756 a distance of 60 feet;
3. thence Southerly parallel with the centerline of said Road Survey 609-63 a distance of 860 feet more or less to the beginning of a tangent 20-foot radius curve concave northeasterly in the boundary of Lot 1 of E.G.S. - Metro, according to Map thereof No. 7556 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County;

11. thence Southerly, Southeasterly, and Easterly along the Easterly and Northerly boundary of said Easement to a point in the Northerly right-of-way line of Jamacha Boulevard which is distant 100 feet Easterly from the centerline of said Road Survey 609-63;
12. thence Southerly parallel with said centerline to a point on the Westerly line of Lot 30 of Block 8 of said Map 812;
13. thence Northerly along said Westerly line to a point on the Easterly line of said Road Survey 609-63;
