   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 81 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.

SEC. 89.283. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 82.

   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 82 of the County of San Diego:

   Those portions of Lots 53, 59, 60, 61, 62, and 151 of El Cajon Valley Company's Lands and those portions of Lots 105, 106, and 107 of Lakeside Farms in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Maps thereof No. 289 and 1204, respectively, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, together with portions of Mapleview Street, Channel Road, and Lakeside Avenue, described as follows:

   1.   Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 59;

   2.   Thence westerly, along the southerly line of said Lot, 12 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;

   3.   Thence southerly parallel with the easterly line of said Lot 50 feet;

   4.   Thence easterly at right angles 72 feet to a point on the westerly line of said Lot 53;

   5.   Thence continuing easterly along the last mentioned course 220 feet;

   6.   Thence northerly, at right angles to the northerly line of said Lot 53, 110 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 60;

   7.   Thence continuing northerly along the last mentioned course 56 feet;

   14.   Thence westerly along the northerly line of Lakeside Avenue as shown on Road Survey No. 287, on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County, 75.68 feet;

   16.   Thence S.4o23'52"W. 21 feet more or less to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of said Road Survey 287;

   17.   Thence N.82o30'W. along said northerly line 588 feet;

   18.   Thence S.7o30'W. 110 feet to a point which is distant 80 feet southerly from, measured at right angles to, the centerline of said Road Survey 287, being also 85 feet southerly from the construction centerline of Channel Road Bridge, plans for which are on file in the Office of said County Engineer;

   19.   Thence S.82o30'E. parallel with both said centerlines to the beginning of a tangent 850-foot radius curve in said construction centerline, concave southwesterly;

   20.   Thence southeasterly, concentric with said 850-foot radius curve, 915 feet more or less to the end of said curve;

   22.   Thence southeasterly, tangent to said curve, 466.81 feet to the beginning of another 850-foot radius curve in said construction centerline, concave westerly;

   23.   Thence southerly, concentric with said 850-foot radius curve, 275 feet more or less to the end of said curve;

   24.   Thence southerly, tangent to said curve, 8 feet more or less to a point on a line which is distant 80 feet westerly from, measured at right angles to, the centerline of Channel Road as shown on Road Survey 852, a copy of which is on file in the Office of said County Engineer;

   25.   Thence southerly along said parallel line to the southerly line of said Lot 59;

   26.   Thence easterly along said southerly line 38 feet to the True Point of Beginning.

SEC. 89.284. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 83.

   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 83 of the County of San Diego:

   Those portions of the Jamacha Ranch, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1512, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, being also a portion of Section 36, T.16S., R.1W., S.B.M., described as follows:

   1)   Beginning at the intersection of the westerly boundary of San Diego County Tract No. 4032-4 with the northerly right-of-way line of Jamacha Road (California 11-SD-54) as shown on Map No. 11285, on file in the Office of said Recorder, being also a point on the northerly right-of-way line of Campo Road;

   2)   Thence westerly along said northerly right-of-way line of Campo Road 690 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of said Section 36;

   3)   Thence southerly along said westerly line 160 feet, more or less, to the southerly right-of-way line of said Campo Road;

   4)   Thence easterly along said southerly line and the easterly prolongation thereof 780 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the southerly prolongation of the westerly boundary line of said Map 11285;

   5)   Thence northerly along said southerly prolongation and said westerly line to the Point of Beginning.

   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 84 of the County of San Diego:

   That portion of the NW1/4 of Section 5, T.13S., R.4E., S.B.M., in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:

   1)   Beginning at the North ¼ Corner of said Section 5;

   2)   Thence S.4 o 01'50"W. 552.43 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 5 of said Section 5;

   3)   Thence S.88 o 46'W., along the northerly line of said Lot 5, 580 feet to the True Point Of Beginning;

   4)   Thence S.4 o 01'50"W. 50 feet;

   5)   Thence S.88 o 46'W., parallel with said northerly line, 630 feet;

   6)   Thence N.4 o 50'E. 100 feet;

   7)   Thence N.88 o 46'E., parallel with said northerly line, 630 feet;

   8)   Thence S.4 o 01'50"W. 50 feet to the True Point of Beginning.

   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 84 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.

   It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 84. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 84, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of the Julian High School property within Underground Utility District No. 84 is used by the general public and is a civic area.
