Those portions of Block 123 and Fallbrook Street, in West Fallbrook, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 567 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
1) Beginning at the southeast corner of Block 107 of said Map 567, being also a point on the northerly right-of-way line of said Fallbrook Street;
2) Thence westerly along said northerly right-of-way line 966.67 feet to a point on the easterly line of the west 10 feet of Summit Avenue, as shown on said Map 567;
3) Thence northerly at right angles to said right-of-way line a distance of 30 feet;
4) Thence westerly parallel with said right-of-way line 290.41 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of Alturas Road.
5) Thence southerly along said easterly right-of-way line of Alturas Road 60 feet;
6) Thence easterly S.89° 37'45" E. a distance of 1257.28 feet;

The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 93 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 93. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 93, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Fallbrook Street, Phase I, from Alturas Road to Mission Road, within Underground Utility District No. 93 is used by the general public and carries a heavy volume of vehicular traffic and passes through a public recreation, civic, or scenic area.

The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 94 of the County of San Diego:
Those portions of Blocks 9, 10, 19, and 20 of West Fallbrook, together with portions of Mission Road (formerly known as Juniper Street), in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Amended Map thereof No. 743, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
1) Beginning at the southeast corner of said Block 19;
2) Thence southerly along the southerly prolongation of the easterly line of said Block 19 and the easterly boundary of said Block 20 a distance of 80 feet;
3) Thence westerly parallel with the northerly boundary of said Block 20 and the centerline of said Mission Road to the westerly boundary of said Block 20;
4) Thence continuing westerly parallel with said centerline and the northerly boundary of said Block 9 to the westerly boundary of said Block 9;
5) Thence northerly along the westerly boundary of said Block and the northerly prolongation thereof a distance of 80 feet to the southwest corner of said Block 10;
6) Thence northerly along the westerly boundary of said Block 10 a distance of 31 feet;
7) Thence easterly parallel with the southerly boundary of said Block 10 and the centerline of said Mission Road to the easterly boundary of said Block 10;

The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 96 of the County of San Diego:
Those portions of ¼ Section 47 of Rancho de la Nacion, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 166, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
1) Beginning at the northeast corner of Chula Vista Tract 80-21 Unit 2 (Villas de Bonita), according to Map thereof No. 10214 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, being a point on a 2048-foot radius curve in the southerly right-of-way line of Bonita Road, said curve being concave northerly and located a distance of 48 feet southerly from, measure radially to, the centerline of Road Survey 656, on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County;
2) Thence easterly along the easterly prolongation of said curve 290 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map 4079, on file in the Office of said Recorder;
3) Thence easterly along the northerly line of said Parcel 4 to the northeasterly corner thereof, being a point on the centerline of said ¼ Section 47;
4) Thence northerly along said ¼ Section centerline 80 feet, more or less, to the northerly right-of-way line of said Road Survey 656;

SEC. 89.298. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 97.
The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 97 of the County of San Diego:
Block E of Rancho Santa Fe, together with adjacent portions of La Flecha, Paseo Delicias, and La Granada, according to Map thereof No. 1742 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, State of California.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 97 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.

The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 98 of the County of San Diego:
Those portions of Plaza Bonita Road and Lynwood Drive in the County of San Diego, State of California, as shown on Road Surveys 2245 and 885, respectively, copies of which are on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County, described as follows:
1) Beginning at a point on the westerly right-of-way line of said Plaza Bonita Road, being the northerly terminus of a 453-foot radius curve, concave southwesterly, said curve being at the intersection of Plaza Bonita Road and Bonita Mesa Road located within Pleasant View Terrace and shown on Map thereof No. 2460, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County;
2) Thence southeasterly and southerly along said curve 284.84 feet;
3) Thence, tangent to said curve, S.16 55'11"E. 204.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent 547-foot radius curve, concave northeasterly;
4) Thence southeasterly and easterly along said curve, 525 feet, more or less, to a tangent in said right-of-way line of Road Survey 2245;

The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 99 of the County of San Diego:
Those portions of Lots 1 through 14 of Hartzel's Addition and Blocks 3, 4, 12 and 13 of Lakeside and Lot 58 of El Cajon Valley Company's Lands, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Maps thereof No. 1232, 353, and 289, respectively, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, together with portions of Channel Road (formerly Benedict Avenue), Parkside Street (formerly Park Street), and River Street as shown on said Maps described as follows:
1) Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 1 of said Map 1232, being a point on the easterly right-of-way line of said Channel Road (formerly Benedict Avenue) and the northerly right-of-way line of said Parkside Street (formerly Park Street);
2) Thence northerly along said easterly right-of-way line of Channel Road a distance of 20 feet to the True Point of Beginning;

The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 99, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Parkside Street within Underground Utility District No. 99 is used by the general public and is part of a community revitalization area.

The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 100 of the County of San Diego:
Those portions of Block 35, 36 and 38 of Map 806 in the County of San Diego, State of California filed December 26, 1895 in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County and also shown on Record of Survey 7874 recorded May 2, 1974 in the Office of said County Recorder, being a strip of land 133 feet wide, the Northwesterly sideline of said strip being the Northwesterly sideline of Sycamore Drive (66 feet wide) as shown on said Record of Survey 7874, beginning on the Northeasterly sideline of Olive Street (66 feet wide) as shown on said Record of Survey 7874 along said Northwesterly sideline of Sycamore Drive and its projection to the Northeasterly sideline of Mulberry Lane (66 feet wide) as shown on said Record of Survey 7874.
The Southeasterly sideline of said strip shall be lengthened or shortened to begin on the Northeasterly sideline of said Olive Street and to terminate on the Northeasterly sideline of said Mulberry Lane.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 100 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No.100. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No.100, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Sycamore Drive, from Olive Street to Mulberry Lane, within Underground Utility District No. 100, passes through a recreation area.
