SEC. 89.273. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 72.
   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 72 of the County of San Diego:
   Those portions of Lots 2, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, and 37 of Riverview Farms, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1683, recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, together with those portions of Woodside Avenue as shown on said Map, described as follows:
   1.   Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 32;
   2.   Thence westerly along the northerly line of said Lot 20.22 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
   3.   Thence southerly parallel with the easterly line of said Lot a distance of 25 feet to a point on the westerly right-of-way line of Wintergardens Boulevard;
   4.   Thence northwesterly to a point on the northerly lines of said Lot 32, distant thereon 45.22 feet westerly from the northeast corner thereof, being also a point on the southerly right-of-way line of said Woodside Avenue;

   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 72 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(a) and (b) of this division.

   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 73 of the County of San Diego:
   Those portions of Blocks 4, 5, 11, 12, 19, and 20 of Lakeside, and of Lots 57, 58, A, and 150 of El Cajon Valley Company's Lands, and of Block 1 of Lakeside Heights, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Maps thereof No. 353, 289, and 751, respectively, recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, together with portions of Woodside Avenue, Channel Road (previously known as Benedict Avenue), Cactus Street, River Street, and Maine Avenue, as well as a portion of Los Coches Road as shown on Road Survey 713, on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County, described as follows:
