11. Thence westerly along said northerly line to said easterly right-of-way line;
12. Thence northerly along said right-of-way line to an intersection with the centerline of the realignment of Mountain Meadow Road as shown on plans titled Construction of Mountain Meadow Road on file in the Office of said County Engineer;
13. Thence northeasterly along said centerline to an intersection with the centerline of Hidden Meadows Road (SC 990.2) as shown on said construction plans;
14. Thence northeasterly along said centerline of Hidden Meadows Road 425 feet;
15. Thence northerly at right angles to the northerly line of said Section 20 a distance of 80 feet more or less to said northerly line;
16. Thence continuing northerly along the northerly extension of the last mentioned course 42 feet more or less to the northerly right-of-way line of Hidden Meadows Lane (formerly Hidden Meadows Road);
17. Thence westerly along said northerly right-of-way line to the easterly right-of-way line of Mountain Meadow Road;
18. Thence northerly along said easterly right-of-way line 400 feet;
19. Thence westerly at right angles to said easterly line 100 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Mountain Meadow Road;
20. Thence southerly and southwesterly along said westerly right-of-way line to a point which is distant 60 feet northerly from the Point of Beginning, measured at right angles to said right-of-way line;
21. Thence southerly 60 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 78 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(a) and (b) of this division.
