The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 20 of the County of San Diego:
All that unincorporated territory in the County of San Diego, State of California, lying within the following described boundaries:
1. Beginning at the most Southerly point of Lot 16, of Poway Estates Unit 1 Map 4998 as filed in the Office of the County Recorder;
2. thence Northeasterly along the Southerly side of Lot 16 to the Southeasterly corner of said lot;
3. thence Northerly along the East side and prolongation of Lot 16 to a point 263.00 feet from the center line of Poway Road as measured on a perpendicular line to said center line;
4. thence Northeasterly along a line parallel to and 263 feet from the center line of Poway Road to the Southwest corner of Lot 96 of Heritage Hills Unit #3 Map 6250 as filed in the Office of the County Recorder;
5. thence Easterly along the Southerly boundary of said subdivision to the center line of La Venta Dr.;
6. thence Northerly along said center line to the intersection of the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly side on a Lot 59 of said subdivision;
7. thence Easterly along the Southerly boundary of Heritage Hills Unit #2 to the center line of Tarascan Drive;
8. thence Southerly along said center line and prolongation to a point 215 feet South of the center line of Poway Road;
9. thence Westerly 350 feet along a line 215 feet from and parallel to the center line of Poway Road;
10. thence Southerly to the East prolongation of the North side of Russ Estates Unit #1 Map 4472 as filed in the Office of the County Recorder;
11. thence Westerly along said prolongation to the Northeast corner of said subdivision;
12. thence Westerly along the Northerly side of Russ Estates Unit #1 to the Northwest corner of said subdivision;
13. thence Westerly along the West prolongation of said North side to a point which measures 250 feet from the center line of Poway Road as measured on a perpendicular line to said center line;
14. thence Southwesterly along a line parallel to and 250 feet from the center line of Poway Road until it intersects with the North-South center line of Sec. 14, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, S.B.B.& M.;
15. thence Northerly along said Section center line until it intersects with the Southerly right-of-way line of Poway Road;
16. thence Northerly along a straight line to the point of beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 20 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(A) and (B) of this division.

1. Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 22, Dauer and Westover, Map No. 728, filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Diego County, said corner being a point in the City of La Mesa Boundary as shown on Road Survey No. 1069, filed in the Office of the County Engineer of said County;
2. thence Southerly in a direct line to the Northerly terminus of the Westerly line of Lot 1, Block N of Vista La Mesa Unit No. 2, Map 2113, filed in said Recorder's office;
3. thence Southerly, Southeasterly, and Easterly along the Westerly, Southwesterly, and Southerly lines of said Lot 1 to the Southeasterly corner thereof;
4. thence Southerly along the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly line of said Lot 1 to the Northerly line of Block K of said Map 2113;
5. thence Easterly along said Northerly line and along the prolongation thereof to the center line of Marian Street as shown on said Map 2113;
6. thence Northerly along said center line to the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of Block P of said Map 2113;
7. thence Easterly, Northeasterly, and Northerly along said prolongation and along said Southerly line and along that curve joining the Southerly and Easterly lines of said Block P to the point of tangency of said Easterly line;
8. thence Easterly at right angles to said Easterly line in a direct line to a point in the Westerly line of Lot 14, Block 2 Vista La Mesa Villas, Map 2440 filed in said Recorder's office;
9. thence Northerly along said Easterly line to the Northerly corner of said Lot 14;
10. thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Lots 15 through 23, all of Block 2 of said Map 2440 to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 23 being also a point in said City of La Mesa Boundary;
11. thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Lot 1, Block 1 of said Map 2440 to the Northeasterly corner thereof;
12. thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot 1 to the Southerly prolongation of the Westerly line of Lot 29, Academy Heights, Map 2361 filed in said Recorder's office;
13. thence Northerly along said prolongation to said City of La Mesa Boundary;
14. thence generally Westerly along the various courses of said boundary to the point of beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 21 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107 (A) and (B) of this division.

The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 22 of the County of San Diego:
All that unincorporated territory in the County of San Diego, State of California, lying within the following described boundary:
1. Beginning at that certain corner in the boundary of the City of Carlsbad as described in the East Carlsbad Annexation No. 2.9 adopted by said City's Ordinance No. 1115 on July 15, 1969, said corner being formed by the intersection of that course having a bearing and distance of North 23o23'52" East, 300.00 feet more or less and the Southwesterly line of County Road Survey No. 682;
2. thence following said city boundary along said Southwesterly line South 66o36'08" East 2330 feet more or less to an intersection with the Southwesterly prolongation of that certain course in the boundary of land conveyed to Thomas E. Burke, et al, by deed recorded August 4, 1965, as document No. 139037 of Official Records, having a bearing and distance of South 29o17'22" West 1213.60 feet;
3. thence leaving said city boundary along said prolongation South 29o17'22" West to a line lying 150.00 feet Southwesterly of and parallel to the Southwesterly line of County Road Survey No. 1800-1;
4. thence Northwesterly along said parallel line to said course in said city boundary having a bearing and distance of North 23o23'52" East, 300.00 feet more or less;
5. thence along said city boundary North 23o32'52" East to the point of beginning.
