   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 52 of the County of San Diego:
POMERADO ROAD UUD
   Those portions of Sections 14, 11, 2, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, and Section 35, Township 13 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
   Beginning at a point on the centerline of a County road known as Pomerado Road, said point also being on the Boundary of Rancho San Bernardo;
   1.   thence Northeasterly along the boundary of Rancho San Bernardo to the intersection with the Easterly right-of-way of Pomerado Road;
   2.   thence Southerly along the Easterly right-of-way of Pomerado Road to the Southwesterly corner of property described in an Individual Grant Deed to Melchoir Richard Rangel and Anna Maria Rangel and Augustine C.    2.   thence northerly along said right-of-way to a point on said right-of-way which is on the radial of station 2490 on "Lo" line of said State Highway Construction Plans;
