§ 28-98.1  OPERATION AND PARKING AT MOTT COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
   Pursuant to the provisions of MSA § 9.2660 and pursuant to the provisions of a resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees of Mott Community College at a regular meeting held on March 22, 1971, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle on property owned by the Mott Community College lying within the area bounded by Court Street on the south, Robert T. Longway Boulevard on the north, property owned by St. Joseph’s Hospital and Woodside Church on the east and property owned by the City Board of Education on the west, except when necessary to avoid conflicts with other traffic or in compliance with the direction of a police officer, at any place where signs are posted prohibiting parking; and provided further, that no person shall park any vehicle in any place where signs designate reserved parking unless there is exhibited on the vehicle a permit authorizing parking in reserved area; and provided further, that no motor vehicle shall be operated on such property at a speed in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour, or in violation of any traffic sign, light or other traffic- control device erected at such location, or in other violation of the traffic ordinances of the City of Flint.
