§ 28-85  SAME — REQUIRED WHEN SIGNALS INDICATE APPROACH OF TRAIN.
   Whenever any person driving a motor vehicle approaches a railroad grade crossing within the City of Flint and any clearly visible and positive signal gives warning of the immediate approach of a railroad train or car, it shall be unlawful for a driver of the vehicle to fail to bring the vehicle to a complete stop before traversing the grade crossing.
