§ 28-98  PARKING AND OPERATION ON BOARD OF EDUCATION PROPERTY.
   Pursuant to the provisions of resolutions adopted by the Board of Education at regular meetings held on July 7, 1971, February 9, 1972 and December 1, 1982, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle at any of the following locations, except when necessary to avoid conflicts with other traffic or in compliance with the direction of a police officer, at any place where signs are posted prohibiting parking; and provided further, that no person shall park any vehicle in any place where signs designate reserved parking unless there is exhibited on the vehicle a permit authorizing parking in reserved areas; and provided further, that no motor vehicle shall be operated at any such location at a speed in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour or in violation of any traffic sign, light or other traffic-control device erected at such locations, or in violation of the traffic ordinances of the City of Flint.
   (a)   Bounded on the south by East Court Street, on the west by Crapo Street, on the north by East Kearsley Street on the east by Gilkey Creek.

   (c)   Bounded on the south by Torrey Road, on the west by Hammerberg Road, on the north by Swartz Creek and on the east by Brook Street.
   (d)   A parcel of land lying north of West Carpenter Road for a depth of 1,430 feet, adjacent and west of Powers Catholic High School and east of Fleming Road extended north of West Carpenter Road.
   (e)   Bounded on the south by Pierson Road, on the west by Detroit Street, on the north by Mott Avenue and on the east by Harvard Street.
   (f)   Bounded on the south by McClellan Street, on the west by Essex Street extended, on the north by Pasadena Avenue and on the east by Buick Street.
   (g)   Bounded on the south by Barbara Drive, on the west by Oxley Drive, on the north by Janice Drive extended, and on the east by Fleming Road.
   (h)   Bounded on the south by Berkley Street, on the west by Milbourne Avenue, on the north by Mackin Road and on the east by Chevrolet Avenue.
   (i)   Bounded on the south by Montana Avenue, on the west by Franklin Avenue, on the north by Utah Avenue and on the east by Vernon Avenue extended.
   (j)   Bounded on the south by Hemphill Road, on the west by Camden Avenue, on the north by Ingleside Avenue and on the east by Grand Traverse.
   (k)   Bounded on the south by Brown Street, on the west by Brabyn Avenue, on the north by Corunna road, and on the east by Downey Street.
   (l)   Bounded on the south by East Kearsley Street, on the east by Decker Street, on the north by Robert T. Longway Boulevard west to Forest Street, on the west by Forest Street south to Mathews Street, on the north by Mathews Street west to Crapo Street, on the west by Crapo Street south to Manning Court, on the north by Manning Court west to Avon Street, on the west by Avon Street south to East Kearsley Street.
   (m)   Bounded on the south by Lapeer Road, on the east by Averill Avenue and on the north by the I-69 expressway right-of-way and which is more particularly described as follows: Part of Section 16, T7N, R7E, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the centerline of Lapeer Road 40 feet west of the north and south quarter line of said section and running thence north 2 degrees 06 minutes 46 seconds west 50 feet for a point of beginning; thence north 2 degrees 06 minutes 46 minutes west 3 feet; thence northerly along a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 1,035 feet a distance of 523.86 feet; thence north 26 degrees 53 minutes 14 seconds east 199.31 feet; thence northerly along a tangent curve to the left having a radius of 1,352.5 feet a distance of 554.36 feet; thence south 88 degrees 08 minutes west parallel to the centerline of Lapeer Road 539.76 feet; thence south 2 degrees 06 minutes 46 seconds west 1,256.60 feet; thence north 88 degrees 08 minutes east 215.88 feet; thence south 2 degrees 06 minutes 46 seconds east 1,256.60 feet to the place of beginning, except that part of said above described premises lying north of a line which is 103 feet south of, measured at right angles parallel to the survey line of the eastbound roadway of Highway M-78 relocated.
