§ 28-87  PARKING SO AS TO LEAVE LESS THAN 16 FEET OF ROADWAY AVAILABLE FOR TRAFFIC PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle upon a street, highway or alley in such manner or under such conditions as to leave available space less than sixteen (16) feet of width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic; except that a driver may stop temporarily during the actual loading or unloading of passengers or when necessary in obedience of traffic regulations or traffic signs or signals or a police officer.
