§ 28-98.2  OPERATION, STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING IN PARKING AREAS OF SHOPPING CENTER.
   Upon the request of either the owner or person in charge of a shopping center, as defined in Act 235 of the Public Acts of 1969, being MSA §§ 9.2641 through 9.2643, the City shall install such signs or other traffic-control devices as it deems necessary to control the movement and parking of motor vehicles at said shopping center and no other person shall operate, stop, stand or park any motor vehicle on said property contrary to such signs or other traffic-control devices.
