§ 12-67.3.13  SAME — FENCE REQUIREMENT.
   Where an outdoor collection site is utilized for the storage of scrap tires, the location shall be surrounded by a noncombustible, opaque fence which is ten (10) feet high, topped with barbed wire, and equipped with a lockable gate.
