No person, individual or corporation shall engage in the selling of goods or attempt to engage in the selling of goods on a parking lot or parking lots or any other property not owned by the seller without first obtaining the written permission of the owner, occupant, lessee, agent or trustee of such property to engage in such activity on the property.
