By Resolution 89-006, passed April 24, 1989, revised by Resolution 03-006, passed April 15, 2003, the City adopted a Policies and Procedures Manual to establish uniform policies and procedures in dealing with those employees of the City whose employment is not governed by a collective bargaining agreement. Ordinance 02-013, passed 8-26-02, enacted this new chapter and replaced the former provisions of Chapter 249. Copies of such Manual, as amended, may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
