249.47 PERSONAL LEAVE DAY.

(a) In addition to the holidays set forth in Section 249.46, each full-time employee shall be entitled to two personal leave days per year after the first year of service with the City.

(b) An employee shall give advance notice, as soon as possible, and must receive approval from his/her department head before using his or her personal leave day.
