(a) The salaries of the positions of Customer Service Clerks and any and all other employees working in or in relation to the utilities office shall be payable fifty percent from the Waterworks Fund and fifty percent from the Sewer Rental Fund.
(b) The salary of the Clerk of Council shall be payable from the General Fund.
(c) The salaries of the following positions shall be paid fifty percent from the General Fund, twenty-five percent from the Waterworks Fund and twenty-five percent from the Sewer Rental Fund:
(1) The Chief Deputy Auditor and Assistant Chief Deputy auditor;
(2) The Account Clerk working as assistant to the Chief Deputy Auditor.
(d) The salary of the Recreation Director shall be payable one hundred percent from the RSPO Fund.
