The meanings of the position titles used herein shall be defined by specifications contained in the classification plan. For each class of position there is hereby established the pay range shown opposite each title in Section 249.13. Such section to be known as the classification titles and pay assignments portion of any interested person during the regular business hours. Positions will be designated as paid on an hourly or a salary basis.
