(a) The following personnel shall give bond to the City in the following amounts:
Director of Law | $ 1,000 |
Auditor | 100,000 |
Treasurer | 100,000 |
Income Tax Administrator | 100,000 |
Deputy Auditor | 100,000 |
Municipal Court Judge | 10,000 |
Municipal Court Clerk | 6,000 |
Municipal Court Bailiff | 3,000 |
(b) A blanket bond shall be provided by the City in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000) which shall cover all City employees and officials.
(c) Bond amounts above stated shall change if required by law or by later Council action if recommended by the City's liability insurance carrier.
