249.09 STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATION.

The statement of qualification requirements in class specification is intended to be used as a guide in selecting candidates for employment, as an aid in preparing competitive examination, and for use in determining the relative value of positions in one class with positions on other classes.
