249.04 MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZATION AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE.

The President of Council shall biennially appoint a Management, Organization and Personnel committee from the members of Council to assist in the administration of this chapter, to study personnel matters and make recommendations as to necessary legislation thereto and to perform other duties and responsibilities as designated by the President of Council.
