249.05 PREPARATION AND CONTENT OF POSITION SPECIFICATIONS.

Position specifications shall be prepared by the Safety/Service Director and are maintained by him or her following their adoption by the Civil Service Commission for classified positions or by the appointing authority for unclassified positions and specify the desirable qualifications for successful performance of such duties.
