(A) The driver of a vehicle approaching or entering an intersection shall yield the right-of-way to a vehicle which has entered the intersection from a different roadway.
(B) When two vehicles enter or approach an intersection from different roadways at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right.
(C) The right-of-way rules declared in divisions (A) and (B) are modified at through roadways and as otherwise provided in this title.

Upon all roadways of sufficient width, a vehicle shall be driven upon the right half of the roadway, except as follows:
(A) When overtaking and passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction under the rules governing such movement;
(B) When the right half of a roadway is closed to traffic while under construction or repair or otherwise completely obstructed;
(C) Upon a roadway divided into three marked lanes for traffic under the rules applicable thereto; or
(D) Upon a roadway designated and signposted for one-way traffic.

Drivers of vehicles proceeding in opposite directions shall pass each other to the right, and upon roadways having width for not more than one lane of traffic in each direction, each driver shall give to the other at least one-half of the main-traveled portion of roadway as nearly as possible.
