§ 8-2-1-19 PERMITTING A VIOLATION.

It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to authorize or permit a motor vehicle owned by him or under his control to be driven by any person in violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance or any of the motor vehicle laws of the state.
