No person driving a motor vehicle shall fail to give his full attention to the task of driving and to keep a proper lookout through his windshield, side windows, and rear mirror for any vehicles, motorcycles, motorscooters, farm tractors, bicycles, and pedestrians that he may be approaching or who may be approaching him from any direction and from any street, alley or driveway.
