(A) No person operating a motor vehicle upon the street shall have in his immediate possession any bottle, can, glass or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage which is open or has been opened or a seal broken or the contents of which have been partially removed.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to drink any intoxicating liquor while in a motor vehicle on any public way.
