It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(A) Display or cause or permit to be displayed or have in his possession a canceled, revoked, suspended, forged, fictitious or fraudulently altered operator's or chauffeur's license.
(B) Lend his operator's or chauffeur's license to any other person or knowingly permit the use thereof by another.
(C) Display or present as one's own an operator's or chauffeur's license not issued to him.
(D) Refuse to surrender to the court upon its lawful demand an operator's or chauffeur's license which has been revoked or suspended.
(E) Violate any restriction or fail to perform any act or fail to observe any condition of driving incumbent upon the holder of a driver's or chauffeur's license or permit to drive which has been imposed by the licensing authority as a restriction to driving or condition of licensing.
