(A) No person shall operate a vehicle or move a load on any street other than Interstate highways of a size or weight exceeding the maximum specified in the state statute without having in the vehicle a permit from the City Traffic Engineer or state authorizing the movement of such vehicle or load, and such permit shall be open to inspection by any police officer.
(B) No person shall operate such vehicle or move such load in violation of any terms or instructions of such permit.
(C) Violation of Terms of Permit. No person shall operate or park any vehicle, any combination of vehicles, or any trailer on any roadway or controlled access roadway in violation of any specific terms or instructions of a permit issued for such vehicle, combination of vehicles or trailer by the city or the state.
