No person shall drive a vehicle when it is so loaded, or when there are in the front seat such number of persons, exceeding three, as to obstruct his view to the front, sides or rear of the vehicle or as to interfere with the driver's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle. A driver of a vehicle which is equipped with extended side mirrors on each side of his vehicle which are so located as to reflect to the driver a view of the roadway to the rear of such vehicle shall be deemed to have an adequate view of the rear of his vehicle, provided that there is no obstruction of his view to the side mirrors.
