§ 8-2-1-7 FALSE REPORT OF THEFT OR EMBEZZLEMENT.
   It is unlawful for any person to knowingly make or file a false or fraudulent report with the Police Department of the theft or the embezzlement of either any vehicle required to be licensed or of any license plate or license plate sticker with intent to avoid a citation under any other section of this title.
