ORDINANCE 27-1994

   ADOPTING AN UPDATED CODIFICATION OF CERTAIN GENERAL ORDINANCES PASSED PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 1994, AND ESTABLISHING A PLACE WHERE THE CODIFICATION AND ANY REVISIONS THERETO MAY BE INSPECTED; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE:

   Section 1. ADOPTION. The General Ordinances of the City of Albuquerque as codified and compiled in book form are hereby adopted and shall be designated as the Revised Ordinances of Albuquerque, New Mexico, 1994.

   Section 2. PUBLICATION AND LOCATION OF CODIFICATION. It shall not be necessary to publish the entire Codification or any revisions thereto, but a copy of same shall be available for inspection during normal and regular business hours at the office of the Albuquerque City Clerk currently located at One Civic Plaza, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

   Section 3. AMENDMENTS. Any addition or amendment to the Revised Ordinances of Albuquerque, New Mexico, 1994, when passed in such form as to indicate the intention of the City Council to make the same a part thereof, shall be deemed to be incorporated in this compilation so that reference to the Revised Ordinances of Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1994 shall be understood as including them.
