(A) Exit on Off-Ramp. It is unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to exit from or to leave any controlled access roadways other than on a designated off-ramp providing exit to such roadways.
(B) Enter on On-Ramp. It is unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to enter any controlled access roadway other than on a designated on-ramp providing entrance to such roadway.
