(C) The following sections of the city's regulation of tobacco products for minors shall be subject to the Administrative Tickets:
(D) R.P.Z. Valves.
(1) Lawn sprinkler and/or landscape contractors doing a lawn sprinkler system without a permit shall pay an administrative fee of $500.
(2) Lawn sprinkler and/or landscape contractor shall pay an administrative fee of $100 if the required R.P.Z. for a lawn sprinkler system is not tested at the time of installation.
(3) Lawn sprinkler and/or landscape contractor shall pay an administrative fee of $100 if the required R.P.Z. is not tested at the time of starting up the underground lawn sprinkler system in the spring.
(4) Lawn sprinkler and/or landscape contractor shall pay an administrative fee of $50 if the R.P.Z. test results for the lawn sprinkler system are not received within 15 days of the test.
(5) Homeowners who have installed an underground sprinkler system shall pay an administrative fee of $20 if the required R.P.Z. is not tested at the time of installation.
(E) Weeds. If, within five months of the first administrative ticket issued to a person for refusal to cut weeds pursuant to § 93.032, there is issued for the same violation:
(1) A second administrative ticket, then the administrative fee shall be $200;
(2) A third administrative ticket, then the administrative fee shall be $400.
(3) More than three administrative tickets, then the administrative fee shall be $500 for each additional violation.
(4) The administrative fees set forth in this division are in addition to the city's charges if it cuts the weeds.
(F) All violations. The identification of specific provisions of the City Code in this section is not intended to exclude other Code violations or any violations added to the City Code after the effective date of Ordinance 17-014. It is the city's intent that all new future City Code provisions added after the effective date of Ordinance 17-014 shall be subject to the administrative adjudication process.
