No person shall discharge, or cause to be discharged, any stormwater, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, sump pump discharges, gutters and downspout discharges, perimeter foundation/window well drainage, uncontaminated cooling water, or unpolluted industrial process water to any sanitary sewer.
