§ 70.20 ANGLE PARKING; PARALLEL; ONE-WAY STREETS.
   (A)   Angle parking may be permitted where signs permitting such parking are erected, within the limits of the signs.
   (B)   Except in places where angle parking is permitted under division (A), every vehicle stopped or parked upon a one-way roadway shall be stopped or parked parallel to the curb or edge of the roadway, in the direction of authorized traffic movement, with its right-hand wheels within 12 inches of the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway.
   (C)   On one-way streets only, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a one-way roadway shall be stopped or parked parallel to the curb or edge of the roadway, in the direction of authorized traffic movement with its left-hand wheels within 12 inches of the left-hand curb or edge of the roadway.
