§ 51.060 CONNECTING BUILDING SEWER TO PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEM.
   Where a public sanitary sewer is not available under the provisions of §§ 51.040 through 51.050, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with the provisions of this subchapter.
