Any person or entity required to have a aerator in a wet storm water detention pond pursuant to the city Development Code is required to install and utilize it in the wet storm water detention pond every year no later than April 15 of each year, and to remove it from the wet storm water detention pond no earlier than October 15 of each year. Additionally, the aerator must be maintained and in good working order and be running at least ten hours per day during the period of time that it is installed in the wet storm water detention pond.
