§ 93.032 REFUSAL OR NEGLECT TO CUT WEEDS.
   (A)   It is declared to be a nuisance for the owners of real estate to refuse or neglect to cut weeds which have reached a height in excess of eight inches.
   (B)   Additionally, the owners of property abutting any public streets, roads, or ways, whether by rear, front, or side yards, shall maintain the area between the edge of the pavement or curb and their property line, commonly known as parkway, in a neat, clean, and orderly condition, and free of any weeds, grass, or plants in excess of six inches in height, other than flowers not exceeding 18 inches in height and trees permitted by the city Development Code.
