§ 93.003 DANGEROUS OPENINGS.
   No person shall keep or leave open any cellar door, trapdoor, or the grating of any vault on any highway or sidewalk, or make, keep, or maintain any uncovered opening in any sidewalk or passageway, or allow any sidewalk in front of his premises to become or continue so broken as to endanger life or limb.
