(A) Pursuant to ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-40-1 and ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-208(a)(7), the city hereby adopts ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, Chapter 15, including its numbering system, size, weight and load regulations, and violations penalties, by reference, and it is incorporated as a part of this code as if fully set out herein.
(B) Pursuant to ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-80-2, ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-208(a)(2) and ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-208(a)(15) ,the city hereby adopts ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 13-401(d), ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 13-815, and ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 13-111, including their numbering system, schedules and violations/penalties, by reference and they are incorporated as a part of this code as if fully set out herein.
