§ 70.50 BACKING INTO MUNICIPAL LOTS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall park a vehicle backed into any angle parking space in those municipal parking lots where parking signs are installed.
   (B)   The Director of City Services is hereby authorized to erect, or cause the erection of, signs in the parking lots which shall read “DO NOT BACK IN.”
