Section 1 of Ord. 11388, adopted August 24, 1993, repealed §§ 7-16 through 7-32, in effect repealing Art. II. Formerly, these sections pertained to construction and fire prevention standards and derived from §§ 1 through 15, 17 and 18 of Ord. 9282, adopted January 3, 1985, and § 1 of Ord. 9962, adopted September 22, 1987. Subsequently, Ord. 14883, §§ 1 through 4, adopted December 11, 2001, added provisions designated as §§ 7-41 through 7-44.
